We are licensed in the State of Florida and do not transact insurance in states where we are not licensed.

Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not bind, alter, or extend coverage. No coverage is in force until confirmed in writing by the insurance carrier. Quotes are estimates only and are subject to underwriting approval, carrier eligibility, and the terms of the policy actually issued. Coverage descriptions on this site are general summaries — the issued policy language governs in all cases. Products and coverages described may not be available to all applicants.

Arlotta Insurance is an independent agency. For most lines of coverage, we work with multiple carriers and shop the market on your behalf. We are compensated by the insurance carriers with whom we place coverage, typically through commissions, and in some cases may be eligible for additional compensation based on factors such as volume or loss experience. We are happy to discuss our compensation with you on request.

Individual and family health and dental: individual (under-65) health and dental plans are offered through Florida Blue. For these specific products, Arlotta Insurance is an appointed agent of Florida Blue and does not shop multiple health carriers. All other lines of coverage are placed on a multi-carrier basis.

Any automated voice, chat, or messaging agent used by Arlotta Insurance will identify itself as artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence does not make underwriting or coverage decisions.
